KIDS, GIRLS & YOUTH BOXING
Ages 6-12 years old • Duration: 45 mins
Kids and Teens will learn the fundamentals of boxing in our signature class that includes the correct Boxing stance, head movement, guard, defence and punching combinations, as well as providing a work out to improve their fitness. The class will consist of Shadow Boxing, Skipping, Boxing Footwork, Bag work, Pad work, along with strength, cardio and core exercises.
